¹⁹ “Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife but no child, he should marry the widow and have children for his brother.^{[a] 20} There were seven brothers. The first one married and died without having children. ²¹ Then the second married her and died without having children, and so did the third.
